My husband, daughter and myself visited Lemon 'Tree about a couple of years ago looking for a carpet for my daughters bedroom. The staff were very helpful and very patient because we couldn't decide. Eventually we chose a beautiful carpet which they fitt,ed I think, within a couple of weeks and the carpet was and is still great.We also asked them to come and measure our living room with a view to purchase a carpet for this room at some point. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Brilliant service and extremely helpful. The quality of the waterbeds are excellent. Bought a bed from them many years ago and I have never had a problem, decided to refurbish the bed as it was about 15 plus years old and it is amazing, it feels like I am sleeping on a giant marshmallow fantastic. Over the past couple of years I have bought a new liner for our old hardside bed, a new Aqua Pro soft side waterbed and a new water pillow.In all these transactions I have found the company to be polite, informative and the service is second to none. I’ve had a waterbed for as long as I can remember, some 20+ years, and I would certainly never go back to an ordinary bed or any other form of mattress eg: a piece of foam. Just the thought of it make me cringe. My waterbed is a delight to climb into every night. It’s comfortable and warm when I need it in the winter, and lovely and cool in the summer. I love my waterbeds for so many reasons, but mainly because of its super modern design and total comfort. I don’t keep turning over, I don’t even know if I move in the night, it’s so supportive. What other bed can do that? None that I know of!I knew as soon as I tried them that I had to have one but the selling point for me at the time, was the cleanliness of them. No mites or anything else can live in a waterbed and all the covers are anti allergic so it’s a total joy to get into a super clean bed every night.Bad point: “ I hate going away.”I bought my waterbed many years ago, from SouthWest Waterbeds in Somerset. They delivered and set it up. As you get to know them, you see how knowledgeable they are about their product, how passionate they are about giving you a bed that is right for you and your partner’s weight and build. Installation is perfection. It is rare these days that you get this level of service, continuity and professionalism. Great product, professional company, best ever beds.
