I ordered foil number 10 and two accompanying balloons for my daughter's birthday and they are great. But the reason I am adding a review is because time and a car got away from me and Daljit went above & beyond and dropped them round to me on his way home. Absolute star! Thank you.

I do not recommend. I bought few things for a b day party and I had to pay £36 for few balloons and a table cover and when we went to pick the balloons they gave us one less. We asked for VAT receipt and they did not want to provide. Owner very rude and unprofessional.

The staff at The Wild Card are always extremely helpful - and ordering online with click and collect in the current climate was no exception. My balloon purchases were as described on the website and were incredibly good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

We made initial enquiry for a wedding party at the recommendation of the venue and gave the basic details, small number of tables admittedly. They promised to ring back next morning. No call.We called again and they said could they call back next day as they were out doing an event (if they were going to be busy the next day why tell us they'd ring?). No call again.We left it a few days and then found another company who were more than happy to take the booking.Now, three days before the big day we've had a call from the venue, saying Balloons Away had been in touch wanting details of our requirements. THREE DAYS!!!It's clear to me that they didn't want to commit the date to our small job just in case a better job came up. Now, seeing as nothing has come in they've come back to us.Stuff 'em.

I spoke with a very helpful man at this company today about supplying a portable gas heater for my elderly folks. He tool time to listen to my needs and described how he could help, they are absolutely miles better than you would ever get buying from an Internet supplier. I will be placing my order with this company and look forward to doing business with them as it is clear they look after their customers.
