From the initial consultation where we picked out our themes and ideas to the final product, she was professional, attentive to detail, and truly passionate about her craft. The design exceeded what we envisioned, and the flavours were beyond amazing. Our guests raved about the cake even long after our wedding day… it was the perfect finishing touch to our perfect day. We booked Emma as we knew immediately from her portfolio that her style was exactly what we wanted for our castle venue wedding. Emma absolutely nailed it! From the moment we initially started messaging to secure our date and arrange our taster box, Emma has been the most professional and kind person. We really felt that she was genuinely engaged in not only creating a wedding cake for us but creating an aesthetically stunning edible work of art! She is so passionate about her work that it really left us with nothing to worry about in how our cake would look and taste. Infact the cake absolutely exceeded both mine and my husbands expectations! The moment Emma brought us into the ballroom for the initial private viewing of our cake, it literally took our breaths away! I actually got emotional! It was absolutely stunning with the most delicate and perfect sugar flowers to complete the decoration. We are nearly 6 weeks married now and I honestly can’t stop thinking about the cake flavours still, so much so that I’m planning to order another sample box to relive it all again! Both me and my hubby would highly highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for the perfect, stress-free, and delicious wedding cake experience! There’s a reason why Emma’s diary books up so fast, every bit of her work including the hours spent corresponding with you and designing sketches is worth gold!

We planned our Ireland wedding from the US, where we're both from and live. I was a little nervous picking out a wedding cake from the other side of the ocean without really knowing what to expect. One day stumbled upon images of Emma's cakes on our venues Instagram page. Needless to say, but I'll say it, they were stunning. Emma only takes on one wedding a week as she's involved in the entire process of the cake from design, to making, to delivering). Once the wedding got closer she reached out and we had our design consultation. I had sifted through her page and got some design inspo and we settled on an elegant cake reflecting our wedding colors and favorite flowers of mine. Emma communicated with me throughout the entire process (which was longer than anticipated since we had to push back our wedding) and made sure I was on board with everything she was doing. One the day finally arrived Emma delivered the cake which was exactly as we discussed, gorgeous deep green bottom tier with delicate design on the other tiers along with INCREDIBLE hand made sugar flowers (which I still have please don't judge me). She even delivered us some samples of other flavors because we didn't get to do our own tasting since we live in the US along with a congratulatory bottle of delicious champagne that we enjoyed on our trip around Ireland after. We feel so lucky to have found Emma and benefited from her honest and hard work.I'd love to find another reason to order a cake from her again! I'd highly recommend working with Emma. She'll keep the scope of the cake reasonable and in perspective, and will create exactly what you asked for. Today is our one year anniversary and you best believe we brought the cake home to the US and have been anxiously awaiting to eat it again!

Emma is truely a perfectionist.We were absolutely delighted with our cake, not only how it looked but also how it tasted!
