Rook Matthews Sayer has an excellent team in Alnwick. Everyone worked very hard to get our sale through. I would absolutely recommend them to any potential customers. Every member of the team had a very professional manner and always returned calls and queries in a timely manner.

I took over the property after my dad suddenly passed away at the end of March. In that time, they haven't given me a tenancy agreement after months of phocalls asking for it. My claim for a council tax reduction has been ignored even after I was told I was entitled to one.I can't get the money from my dad's bank account without the tenancy agreement, which would help me pay them. I've had to use the rest of my student finance and savings to cover costs. They have done nothing they could have to help me through a very difficult situation.

Won't deal with a nuisance neighbour after several complaints, said neighbour also destroyed my flat via a water leak and they wouldn't repair the damage and I had to pay for the repairs myself. Yet if it had been the other way with me destroying someone else's property I'd have to pay for their repairs. When I got a visit from them to show them damage I was treated like scum and they were all friendly and chatty with the person who destroyed my flat (?????) Also sent me a bill a couple months later charging me nearly £3000, apparently for communal entrance repairs"

This organisation has no interest in looking after their long term employees. They 'pride' themselves on looking after employees mental health and well being, yet at the end of the day we're all just a number ! Disgusting.
