Thirteen Spheres

I visited Thirteen Spheres looking for guidance to make healthier life choices. I received a thorough consultation where I discovered which food groups were more suited to my body functioning properly. I also learnt which herbal supplements could lead me to a healthier version of myself. I would highly recommend Carinas expertise and coaching.

I’ve had reiki with Carina a few times; she puts you totally at ease and has such a calming presence. She also developed a personal programme for me that included a variety of lifestyle factors including diet and yoga. Carina really helped me understand my body and I’m now making more conscious choices as a result of this work. Thank you.

I could not be any happier to have found Carina at the Thirteen Spheres!Carina is very professional and has very good listening skills: She made me feel at ease and enabled me to voice all of my issues and worries taking the time to take a full history of all my symptoms.She was able to give me extensive explanations of the treatment plan that was given, explaining in detail how to change my diet, use different herbal remedies, and include some self care and yoga into my (very busy ) schedule.I also received some marma therapy and Reiki and was very impressed by the result.After these treatments, she reached out in a timely manner to check how it had affected me and give me advice of after care.I can report that after a month, I have been having no debilitating bouts of migraine, my digestive issues have been very much helped and I have a lot more energy and feel happier and balanced.Thank you very much Carina for helping me find myself again and I will certainly be reaching out if I ever find myself out of balance again.Lily
