Made an appointment for a haircut here yesterday and truly enjoyed my experience. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. Had an amazing haircut by Wasdi (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). He understood Asian hair and he didn’t give me a flat head! I got a flat head by birth and most barber just runs a shaver over it which is unflattering.Will definitely come back!

First time changing barbers in 5 years. Was a little nervous going in as I have slightly longer hair than standard (touching the collar but not the shoulders) and wasn't too sure how much I wanted to cut off - it had been over a year since my last cut.The excellent man I saw was called Wajdi. He cut a little bit of length off at a time very carefully, checking after each stage if I wanted it shorter or not. The end result was perfect and I will certainly be going back

The products are excellent but my experience in the store was not as I would have expected. The sales person could not be less interested in my presence. I ended up leaving without even buying anything.

Very poor and kinda rude service. I did end up buying two items while there but honestly wish I just got what I wanted online, even if it does costs more.It's a shame but the salesman in the store was very blunt and not helpful. Will probably order online next time.
