I could not believe the difference when my 9x12, light colored silk viscose rug was returned to me after cleaning -- I didn't really think my stains and grime would come out, but now you can't tell they were ever there! My rug looks brand new. Soot marks, rust spots, and ground-in grime in traffic areas -- ALL GONE! Responsive and on-time, very fast turn around. Wonderful people. A++++!

London airs Onsite Drapery Cleaning did a very professional job of cleaning our custom drapes and roman blinds, Sal was very responsive in scheduling the appointment and providing an insurance certificate, and he sent two uniformed technicians who came on time, protected our furniture, and used high-quality, industrial-strength machines to vacuum and clean our window treatments. They also texted me to let me know that one of the blinds had some issues with its seams. Very nicely done.

I cannot recommend sparkling carpets (Sal and his team) more highly. Quality surpassed my comprehension of what was possible. Price is honestly a phenomenal deal. I would have paid a ton more for the quality of work they did. I also plan to get my rugs cleaned by them on a regular basis from now on because my experience has been so terrific and my rugs look so great.Professionalism: they were extremely prompt on pick up and delivery, helped me move my furniture and carried the heavy rugs out of my Victorian (many steps) house (and put everything back when redelivered). They also checked in with me regularly via text to let me know their progress and since my rugs were in such bad shape, they kept them for an extra week to do even more work on them (no extra charge for all this extra work)...

Had 2 beautiful intricate belts that needed shortening. A few other companies said it wasn’t possible due to the metal jewelry on it. Michael did an excellent job. They looks like they are newGreat job on my shoes as well.Wanted an expensive watch band repaired as well, but they were honest enough to say it wasn’t worth the cost
