Deceptive business practices - when trying to buy deck oil again on ebay, the size I wanted was no longer made. Rye oil then shows you a 20l alternative, but only ships you 5l for the same price. They then wash their hands of it and don’t resolve their issues. Untrustworthy.

Brilliant service and price, purchased oderless Kerosene for my indoor heater and the next day free delivery by UPS was excellent. I brought other Paraffin for this heater but couldn't stand the smell, this Kerosene works a treat. Will definitely be ordering again.

Good product and delivery, bad customer service. They have a contact us page on their website and I sent 3 messages and never received a reply to any.What’s the point of it if they don’t reply to customers questions?

Cannot recommend Rye Oil highly enough. I was let down by another supplier at the last minute just before Christmas. Rye oil couldn't have been more helpful & I have just received my delivery.

Fast and friendly service. My order of 1500 litres of kerosene oil arrived within 2 days, I gave them a go due to the increased unreliability of my usual supplier and was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely consider using them again.

Really nice to deal with, reliable and friendly. As a small company they sometimes struggle to compete on price with the bigger National firms but it’s worth paying a little extra to support a small local business that provides great service

Very good service from Rye Oil,Friends say to shop around for prices etc but I believe very much in shopping Local and what brill service.They let you know the time they will be coming and are always spot on.Today Paul delivered my oil and gave me lots help and info on fitting a new Monitor for showing my fuel levels.I would Recommend them and their good prices. Many thanks.
