Had an issue with my rear derailleur whilst out for a ride. Popped it and the guy was able to fix it, greased the chain and adjusted a couple of other bits, all whilst we went for a coffee next door. Reasonably priced and very friendly. Bike working like a dream again, Thank You!

Michael and his team are brilliant, always going out of their way to help and find solutions to any problems. They have been very patient with all the issues I've had with my old bike over the years, and equally helpful when I had my new one shipped over from abroad. They were very happy for me to have it delivered directly to them so they could assemble it for me, making the logistics of buying a bicycle abroad post-Brexit a lot easier.You always get top service and expertise from Michael and his team.

Do not recommend this bike shop at all.Severely overpriced and had a terrible customer service experience. They had “repaired” my bike but had messed up a major part of the repair, leaving me stranded a couple weeks later. Went in to ask what had been done wrong and they blamed me for not indicating the protruding wire when I had collected it after repair. Guy was rude and didn’t even suggest to take a look, or apologise.

My son's bike brake cable came off and I had no idea to fix it but then we found the bike shop on the way home. I just popped in the shop. The friendly gay fixed it very quickly! He was so kind and nice. I cannot thanks enough. We got bike home on that day! Thank you x

I've been here a few times with issues with my bikes (road and TT) and every time have received efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. On one occasion Michael the owner went out of his way to find a replacement wheel for me on ebay! :) They store a great range of triathlon kit too. Highly recommended.
