So peaceful and serene... One of my favourite spots in Cambridge.

A lovely, green, open space in which you can wander around with paths that criss-cross the area. There are areas of longer grass and some parts that flood in winter or after heavy rain. Cows graze on the common through most of the year but they keep themselves to themselves.

Really lovely early morning walk along the pathway. Was nice to see a lot of rowers on the water. Managed to grab a coffee before a short walk, 1⅓ mile, into the town centre.

A large open field, pathway extends along the riverbank. Cyclists show little regard for those on the pathway. Cows on field throughout the year. Bins placed all along the path.

Look into the history and remember the cows are brought up by hand so don't be scared by them there lovely

A nice area for a walk or run. With river Cam flowing on the side, one can go there for a nice picnic as well. There aren’t flowers or maintained bushes but a lot of trees.

Pleasant area for walking, especially with dogs, I often take a wander up/down for my lunch break. You see a lot of horses, ducks, swans & cows living their best lives up & down the footpath! You do need to be careful & mindful at all times due to the people who cycle at breakneck speed shouting into megaphones for the rowers who use the area daily for practice. A lot have bells attached to their bikes, but sadly they forget about their existence or seem unable to figure out how bike bells works! All in all a nice place to spend some time outdoors, there are park benches located down the entire footpath too so should you need to sit you have the opportunity several times over.

Historic part of Cambridge, an amazing place with lots of trees with the river nearby. This place has a lot of history and back in the days hosted a fair. Great place for long walks, picnics and laze under a tree.A bridge over the river connects Stourbridge common to the green dragon pub which has a beer garden. A great place for every one to enjoy.
