HSBC Covent Garden

Very slow and poor service. Is not enough that HSBC have closed most of their branches, the ones that are open don’t have staff to deal even with basic functions like unblocking accounts.

Worst banking experience EVER. Been locked out of my account for over 3 months now with fraud rapidly draining my account and over $900 spent on phone calls while I am in the US. It's truly just amazing how helpless I am to access my own account or do anything to see what is going on. I would rate them negative if I could. If I hear I am sorry for this inconvenience" once again I will freak out....HSBC you are TERRIBLE!!!"

The people working in this branch are just amazing! They are always incredibly helpful especially when i am getting nowhere with telephone banking. Today i was helped by the fantastic and very patient Callum and previously i have been assisted brilliantly by Reena.

This is the best branch ever! They serviced me and all of my 11 friends. Nicole, Reena, Ifraz, Sherri, Naz & Ollie were so helpful. They were patient and explained everything so well. Anyone who needs an account should visit here. Matt Prentice should be so proud of the branch he runs they’re doing fantastic. Thank you everyone.

Very helpful staff and great service.The people here are very professional, they helped me resolve a problem with my account and slowly explained informations to me in a way that I can understand about the mechanics of my card and account.I'd recommend coming here with an appointment booked in advance for the quality service here.
