Really friendly place to work - feels like a work family. Good work/life balance, and employee perks. Canteen is really good, and the building is within easy walking distance of Liverpool Street with lots of eateries around to choose from.

A really interesting and unique organisation to work for. State of the art building, brand new with all the high-spec you'd expect. Those incredible 360 views you get, with uninterrupted, floor to ceiling windows, are as premium as you'd expect for such organisation. Also worth mentioning that it's one of the very few carbon net zero, high rises in Europe!

This organization is the opposite of organized. It is run by many people with huge attitudes and absolutely no idea what they are doing.

10 years I’ve been seeing this art but never get bored, It’s absolutely beautiful. If you ever have the pleasure of visiting EBRD take your time and go and see the painting. It’s not open to the public so you have to be invited or visiting somebody at the bank.

They just promote / hire people because they posses protected characteristics. In oder words, if you are a white male, you are not up for promotion or they don't consider your application. Consistent everywhere across the office.

The EBRD, was in it's day, interesting, and worthwhile. Given the complete change, in the European optic/ general mission statement of the European Community, over the past 5-10 years, in particular, it could well be that it has outlived it's purpose. That said, at the time that I was there, it was staffed by well qualified- and often slightly experienced- albeit vastly over-paid personnal. In summary and conclusion : has had it's day, and has an highly dubious, current raison d'etre. ( as of summer 2013 )
