Lancaster Way Business Park

We are very pleased with our new driveway it looks great. We highly recommend Kingswood Paving for their first class work, efficiency and promptness. Asa and his team were very pleasant to deal with.

Great place to do business. Great people, lovely area, sharp looking offices, well maintained, secure - everything you'd expect in a quality business park.

It's ok. I hate to think what it's like effort a Pandemic. Impossible to distance with children. Funny how places like these remain open yet women can't have your partner alongside them when giving birth...That isn't really anything to do with that place. It looked fun. Staff at entrance seemed a bit grumpy. Bit given circumstances, who wouldn't?

Great Place and full

Plumbase closed 12 noon Saturday so had to go Screwfix, got what needed helpful staff a bit tight for wheelchair users at mo due Covid.

Bartrams mobility centre is now called FEN MOBILITY CENTRE. I have enclosed the details of the address etc. Bartrams still have the name on the centre so that you can see the previous name before they were called before the new name of FEN MOBILITY CENTRE.I hope this helps you find the right things you need for independence at home, I would definitely recommend them as they are very kind and considerate with your needs.

Well laid out site, big green area for office picnics in the summer and the new Apex cafe is great.

Lancaster way has its uses, mainly for the merchant services there like screwfix and plumbase. It's got a high end furniture store and few motorcar service type places. The site is relatively new and is being expanded all the time, although it's mainly manufacturing companies and some heavy haulage sales and service centers. It's worth a look if you're passing but don't be fooled into thinking it's a small site, the place goes on for ages as it was a WW2 RAF base, in fact there's a WW2 Museum on site as well. If you're thinking of going there soon be aware there's some pretty major roadworks on the entrance roundabout until April 2021 so long delays are inevitable.

This park is a bit of a hidden gem - there are of course lots of industrial units but also retail shop outlets too, Reeds furniture and bed centre, bridal wear, a lovely cafe and much more, including a small museum dedicated to the history of the Lancaster Bomber which was partially fabricated in the site. My one criticism is the lack of visibility about what's in the park - the website doesn't seem to reveal a listing and even the map of businesses at Lancaster Way requires you drive right in to the site and is quite easy to miss.
