Tesco Pharmacy

Prescription was sent a week ago, still not ready and asking to wait. Ridiculous service.

I have always had a great experience with Tesco Hazelwick, Crawley. Niko the Pharmacy Manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. The team are visibly busy with so many requests but the customer service is always impeccable. Thank you all for always being so kind.

I have to share a review of a fantastic lady who helped me with a prescription. Sabrina went above and beyond at the Tesco Hazelwick Store. The medication I required and as prescribed by my doctor was out of stock everywhere. Sabrina took the time to call to try and find the product whilst I went to work. I returned to the store at midday - she had one of the items but not the other. She advised she could get the medication by Monday the following week but also said she would reach out to the pharmacist to see if there was an alternative in stock. There wasn't but she suggested a lot of other ways of finding the medication. She called me to advise of other options. It is so rare to get this kind of customer service. I work in a customer facing environment so appreciate the efforts she went to to assist me - taking me aside to speak privately in a very busy Tesco store. I cannot thank her enough and would suggest that Tesco recognise her for her efforts. Indeed the team at Tesco Hazelwick Pharmacy have a great work ethic - and they had long queues today. Thank you Sabrina - truly grateful for your help and finding solutions

Yesterday I came to Tesco on advice from 111 to get an emergency prescription for my anti-psychotics. Both ladies at the pharmacy were so lovely. I was in a state and crying and the female pharmacist was so calm and gave me an app to try to get my prescription, though at the time she couldn't legally give me my prescription (by fault of my GP). When I returned an hour later with the right documentation she once again helped me. I had been to two other pharmacists that day through the advice of 111 and she was the only one who talked to me like a person. An amazing, kind and caring lady. I couldn't thank her enough. If I could give 1000 stars I would, what a kind soul.

Poor service and rude staff.

Horrible costumer service.Tried to call because of a prescription to avoid waste my and their time actually, have been lied , prescription was there since around 8:30 am and they’ve told me that they didn’t have it .Also literally they’ve hanged out the phone before I finished my explanation, so rude!!I Can understand that they can be busy, but why they don’t hire some more workers to help and fulfil the demands!!Well ,changed for another pharmacy now !!!

Staff are So so busy. You have to wait a while for prescription. Don’t always get text to say it’s ready and if you do it’s not actually ready to collect

They don't deserve even one star, I went there at the beginning of the week and asked for 3 prescribed medicines for my baby. Results:1. One item was wrong, I had to go back to them to replace it.2. #Tescopharmacy did not have all the prescribed medicine in the stock, they told me it will be ready within 2 days. Now is Friday, it turns out they never ordered my medicine! I don't have any medicine left and my baby's life is in danger because of their mistakes.Does people life important for you or you are there to be paid?

Ridiculous : Whenever I got a text that prescription is ready for collection they never had it there. Either Its not in stock or come back in one hour or come back tomorrow. This is ridiculous. No once it happens all the time.

Never ever answer the phone slower than the DMV in zootopia but with a bad attitude and refuse to give me my prescription had to get my doctor to email them and took 3 days. Horrible people think they are doctors and not allowing people with epilepsy have there stuff
