The service i received for my client was amazing. Translating divorce papers from legal English to Armenian could not have been easy. The translation comprising several pages of an English divorce petition and accompnaying documents was completed in 7 days. Thank you for a great service

The translation service is at competitive price and speedy. There were some errors in one of the letters translated. They offered me initially a replacement document to be sent by email and also by post which would have been Ok if I didn't need the document so urgently to be taken to London for certification in an embassy the day after I realised the mistakes. I didn't like the fact that I was told that it was my responsibility to check the document as soon as it arrived but I didn't think about doing that as I don't know the language into which it was translated at all and I happen to see the errors by checking part of the document in Google translator. I felt that that was their job as professional translators to double check that and not mine but well... we didn't agree on that one.I requested a partial refund due to the service provided and finally after MANY emails over MANY days they agreed to issued a 50% refund which I was happy with. I can say that Emal who was the person I was always in contact with was always very polite and respectful despite our differences in opinions regarding this matter. So an extra star in this review for that attitude.Overall an Ok experience and I might or might not use them again in the future.

The translation of my Birth certificate was completed promptly and accurately. I am assured that it will be accepted for a Visa application. Responses to my emails were quick. I would recommend this professional service to anyone. it was not overly pricey compaired to other companies.

I truly do not understand the high rating and reviews here, they work in a business that tries to maximise communication at all costs but they themselves cannot communicate properly, let alone efficiently.

the good things:I liked the fact that they answered me really quickly when I asked for the quotation. The price was the lowest one and I did try lots of places. Also the translations were ready in two days which is quite good.bad things:I have had documents translated before and they respected the format of the originals. I don´t think that would be a problem for them to be as good, but I was a little bit dissapointed when I saw them.Another dissapointing thing was the fact that i have to come here to write the feedback to get my hard copies, as I was expecting them in two days as well.

This was the cheapest service I found which was great.However it took almost 2 weeks to get the translation, despite emails sent chasing the transcript which were read and not actioned. Upon telephoning we were told that the quote could not be found and we would receive a call back which we did not receive. We did receive it the next day. I then have to go throught his review process before I can get the hard copy which was not indicated at the start and is not really acceptable.

I had actually been praying for the right firm to handle the translation of my divorce papers for the consulate: the matter in itself had been stressful enough, never mind having to search for the right quote from the right firm. The day after, a friend who didn't know I had been praying about this, sent me a link about a job advert for interpreters in our area she had found on a government website. Definitely a God send! I made my initial enquiry for a quote on their website and everybody I subsequently dealt with by email was prompt in their response, polite, discreet and professional - even accomodating when I queried some minor points on the final documents that in my view as a perfectionist needed adjusting. I am leaving a positive review because my experience was thoroughly positive, devoid of any added stress - which was indeed an answer to prayer! You could say that, in my case, these guys came highly recommended...

Very satisfying experience - dedicated staff, speedy response both for offering a quote and issuing the translation work, easy payment option, done remotely and effectively.Only improvement area is I found a couple of mistakes in the translation to french (I am a native french speaker) but they were minor and I did not have time to ask for it to be changed.Overall: a very rapid good quality service, good value for the money. I recommend.
