Such a fantastic service!! Jarda and his team at Letta London were beyond helpful and made the process of doing up our bathroom a very easy one. Great selection of products available and once we had given an idea of what we were after, team was very helpful, they advised and found the products for us that fitted in with our budget, all of which we think look great. Not only they also help us fitted the bathroom which was brilliant the whole process which seems very daunting at first was made easier and got everything done very efficiently! Great experience and highly recommend. Jonny in particular was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly very patient despite our numerous changes and visits. The materials (tiles and bathroom fittings) are very high quality and you definitely get premium products. Looking forward to working with team on future projects.

My client went to the Letta Showroom and was advised that a tile was in stock. I placed the order immediately. I have waited over three weeks now and not one person in the store can actually advise me on a delivery date. One minute the tiles are in a warehouse the next they are still in Italy. Either someone is lying or is hugely misinformed. I would be careful placing any orders with Letta... customer service is non-existent. Really disappointing.

I would highly recommend Letta London, they were so helpful with finding me the perfect tile that I was looking for in my house. Alina especially couldn’t have done more for us if we tried. When I needed tiles at the last minute she did all she could to accommodate and assist us. A great team and great service.

Helped with finding best quality items that suited our budget with very competitive prices.When there was an issue with the manufacturer sending the wrong part, this was resolved efficiently and without question even though we’d had the wrong one for longer than the return period.Alina looked after us and she was excellent.Highly recommend.

We had an outstanding service across three bathrooms as part of our full home renovation. Diana and team guided us through a process that we found daunting at first. Diana suggested wonderful creative ideas, took time to understand our aesthetic and helped us develop three beautiful and interesting rooms. This work was in line with our budget; pricing was transparent and delivery was on time and well communicated. We bought tiles and all bathroom items for 5 bathrooms from Letta London and we love everything! Alina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the experience. Highly recommend.

V poor customer serviceI had a poor experience from start to finish.- Firstly, the product was weeks late arriving. The website said 2-4 days for in-store pick up when I ordered; it ended up being 3 weeks. there was no customer service to inform me of the delay (I had to chase).- The when I had my product installed, it was found to be faulty.- After waiting several weeks more, i was offered replacement parts - which I was informed would need to be installed at my expense.- I asked Letta to pay or co-pay for these extra costs. they said no. I asked for a discount on the original item, given it was faulty. again, no.So I'm left with a faulty item and an extra installation cost.Would not recommend this company.

I have used Jarda and his team for several projects. They are courteous, tidy and deliver on time. Their work is completed to a very high standard. We used Letta London to supply wardrobes, joinery and bathroom units - they are all high quality and were installed well. One of the units was slightly too large for the space but this was remedied immediately and without and issue. I am happy to recommend.
