Knockhatch Ski & Snowboard School
I dont often write reviews but I feel I have to on this occasion. Both my nephews have been taking lessons and I've also had a few open practise runs myself. It's a family run business and every member of staff is simply fantastic. To say I'm impressed is a complete understatement. I cannot reccomend this fantastic location and lovely friendly family enough. Thankyou so much

Great day from the warm welcome to the finish. Excellent value at 5 hrs of skiing for £10 each. Great for my little one to practice her turns. Took me a while to get the feel of it as it focuses your technique if you want to do crisp parallel turns. Best dry slope I've used.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff were lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable, the lessons were excellent and great value for money and the equipment is perfect. Good shop with wide selection of gear. We are away on our first skiing holiday after learning at Knockhatch and we are having an amazing time thanks to the team there, so we cannot thank you enough.

We really liked this place and had a great time. The carpet surface isn't easy to ski on, but the whole place is really well designed and the owners are absolutely lovely. We'd very happily return.

Knockhatch Ski & Snowboard School
Friendly staff, decent place to learn before a ski holiday, plus jumps and a quarter pipe. Decent cafe and snow lab ski shop on-site. The carpet doesn't really behave like snow, so feels a bit odd. But better than the thumb breaking diamond bristle slopes. Wear waterproof trousers as they run sprinklers to make the slope slippery!

The slope was solid ice today. Such a shame the owners are not maintaining the slope during the cold weather or giving people the option to reschedule to a more suitably conditioned day. Even the instructors were struggling to slow down and stop on the slope which is surely the bare minimum to ensure safety. We were told by staff that they don't send out icy condition updates otherwise 'they'd have to close the whole slope and cancel lessons'
