Took about half an hour for prescription to be processed, was the first one in the queue after their lunch break and had about 10 people served and gone before I received my prescription.

When the pharmacy is open it is efficient. However, in the last two weeks it was closed early, or the pharmacist was away. Most people have to travel by car to the location and waste fuel and time. On one occassion I had to go to Tesco three times, before I could get my prescription. There is a website, that could be updated, so that this wouldn't be happening. Do it.

Tesco Milton pharmacy service is a lot like the weather - completely hit and miss... But overall very bad with small glimmers of brightness now&again.They never answer the phone but if you do get through, then you are unlikely to get correct information : or the information does not match what you are told on arrival.Shocking experiences repeatedly!

Not only is the face to face service getting worse, now, when I ring the call is answered and then hung up straight away. I think they're so desperate for staff. Aren't most places?

They send a text message saying the prescription is ready to collect. Inevitably it is not, but more annoyingly the staff get stroppy at you for coming too soon. Then try to argue about this. Terrible service and really quite slow at processing orders from the GP anyway. I would far rather get the script from the GP and take it to a competent pharmacist, and will request that my GP does this in future.

Increasingly poor. Closing for lunch... really? Waited in queue for prescription I get every month for half an hour. No longer two days from ordering, 3 at least.What's puzzling is they don't seem to be understaffed but a lot of staff walk back and forth not seeming to be doing much or being very effective. Shorter opening hours than advertised. Switched pharmacies after last visit.

Sign on counter says ' We are closed , Opening at 9am'. Not very good if your advertised hours are from 8am

Getting worse. No text message when ready. Husband just collected my prescription half the items missing! No owing slip so where is it all? No one answers the phone anymore. Hardly ever have s pharmacist.

The worst experience of my life : When Iwent to pick up my medecins and they forgot to give me one medecin and when I came back, the girl told me and kept on saying she gave it to me and also that her system was telling her she gave it to me at the end she gave it to me, which is suspicious.Be careful double check you have the rigth number of medecins, they are not reliable at all and will put all the blame on you.Worst service ever and I am still shocked by this experience where I was taken for a liar because of the colour of my skin and people shouting at me from the queue ,what a shock !!!
