Exceptional Carpet Cleaning Service - Ben is Simply Amazing!I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ben to work his magic on my bedroom and living room carpets, as well as my mattress and sofa. Let me just say, Ben is incredible, and I couldn't be happier with the results!From the moment Ben showed up, he was super friendly and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience enjoyable with his positive attitude and great conversation. You can tell he really loves what he does, and that made a big difference in the quality of his work.Now, my carpets were in a really bad shape. I honestly didn't think they could be salvaged, but Ben proved me wrong. He worked extra hard to tackle the tough stains and years of wear and tear. Ben was great he took he’s time cleaning carpets. Carpets are back to there original colour light grey. They hadn’t been cleaned since being layed. Ben got them back looking like brand new.

I was unsure what to expect as this was my first time having a professional carpet cleaner however Ben was extremely great at what he does! He managed to fit me in very short notice, he cleaned the carpet in my whole house (it looks incredible now) he went to extra mile to even help me by cleaning the kitchen floor (which has never looked so good) he was very kind and friendly and a lovely person to have in the house. Very thorough carpet cleaning, using many different machines. The carpet had got quite dirty and after looked like new again (see before and after). There is only one carpet in the flat so was having difficulty getting good quotes due to minimum call out charge but Proper Clean quoted the least. He was also friendly and talkative. I would use again if I need carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Proper Clean Services cleaned my two bedrooms, a carpet and a mattress. They did a really good job and were able to remove all the stuff that had accumulated over the years. The price was great and I was able to get an appointment in the same week, I can recommend them!

Ben came at short notice to clean my bedroom carpet after a flatmate moved out. He did a fantastic job and really worked on some unanticipated stains that were harder to move - and without charging me anymore. I will definitely have him back to do the other when we need it.

Ben was an absolute star!! The house is very old and so made for a difficult job however Ben did a brilliant job and the carpets look so much better. I had the hallways, staircase, sitting room and one bedroom cleaned and Ben did not leave until 10.30 pm. Ben was very helpful and was able to fit me in short notice. He seemed to have every cleaning product needed for various stains and there were no hidden costs. He took his time and even did some extra spaces free of charge. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again when needed!

Ben was professional and kind. I really needed a cleaning for a mattress urgently and he so kindly arranged a time as soon as he was able for me. The mattress was cleaned effectively and stain gone!
