I wrote a review on here two years ago after an incident locally with one of their employees. They've left and I've had some genuinely excellent communications with Robert Lumme since so I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I'm trying to remove my review from two years ago.

Best houses! Best insulation.

Unbelievable arrogance of this company. Yesterday evening they pulled out of their offices in front of me and my wife and just waved and laughed at us. I went back to see them this morning and the same lady was there. Apparently I was accelerating, she saw me so I was !! I'm actually a great advocate of the 20's plenty in towns and villages so I certainly wasn't, I If they did see someone accelerating, why would they pull out anyway ??I'm a director of a cultural safety and wellbeing organisation who work with organisations globally on cultural improvements through honesty and leading by example. If this lady is an example of this company I would say they are doomed ! If they are that arrogant and can't even apologise, then someone who isn't alert is going to be involved in a serious incident, and they certainly wouldn't get an apology as they would be told It's their fault".I'm not a fan of having that arrogance in any community."
