Exceptional experience from D R Peel. Took delivery of a new bathroom sink and unit today. Great quality products that are already making a stylish upgrade to our bathroom! The service was friendly, informative and super helpful, and when i had questions about the fitting afterwards, they were just brilliant with all the answers - great aftercare!This is a proper independent family business focusing on quality products and brilliant customer service. We need more of these!Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back with our next bathroom or kitchen upgrade! Thanks Elliot and team!

Fantastic experience with D.R. Peel and bathroom fitter Ian. I have never redone a bathroom before and was talked through the whole process and given great help and advice. I wanted to just re-do part of the bathroom and not the whole thing and they were very easily able to accommodate this.All the products are great quality and there is a good selection of options which you can also browse in-store. I would definitely recommend.

My usual Bathroom supplier was being a tad slow in getting back to me. I had spoken to them and agreed a list of items. The next morning I called them and added to that list and waited for a call back with a price. And waited. And waited. I even called and chased them twice.A week later I called DR Peel and spoke to Elliott and gave him the list. He had an email quote to me within 30 mins, shortly before closing time. I changed one item and got a revised quote the next morning.I popped into the store and spoke with Elliott, ran through it, changed one item and ordered. Elliott made the whole process so simple. His knowledge, experience and customer service was 5*.My new go to people now next time I need Bathroom stuff

Very helpful, professional company. They provided lots of great advice for our bathroom project and had very competitive prices for the products we wanted. They have a good selection of products in their store, but also was able to order other things we had found online. Everything was delivered together, and they were very kind to help carry things up the stairs. Could not recommend more highly.

We were really impressed with the quality and style of our new bathroom from DR Peel. The plumber and fitter Ian did an excellent job installing it and we were so happy with the result!

Can't recommend using enough! We recently had a new bathroom and staff here so helpful and knowledgeable. Good quality and price. We searched many of 'big stores' and wish we just came here first and saved a lot of time & hassle. Even when things went wrong, like us ordering wrong toilet they just swapped it out no hassle and held all the stock until builders needed it. We hadn't realised choosing a new bathroom would be so complex but team at D.R.Peel made it all hassle free and simple, thank you!

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen from D.R Peel. The whole team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile (thanks Mitch for lending us your tile cutter when we needed it!). We were really impressed from start to finish.

We went to D.R. Peel to get some ideas for a bathroom renovation and there we met Elliot.We arranged for him to come and look at our bathroom and get a design idea. It snowballed brilliantly from there .... We really liked the design and his ideas for bathroom furniture and we then asked about fitting. He recommended Ian Bulloch and when he came round we were really impressed with his knowledge and ideas.We loved the fact that we could get everything we needed from DR Peel (Elliot), nothing was too much trouble and the time he spent with us choosing floor tiles was very generous!Ian was brilliant. He and Mike turned up every day on time, worked full on and always kept us up to speed with what they were doing and what was next. We managed to have quite a few laughs as well which was nice.We highly recommend DR Peel (Elliot), Ian and Mike.

Brought all our mirrors and bathrooom accessories from D.R peel and could not be happier. They have a great selection of products and very competitive prices! If only we had gone to them before we would have brought taps and everything else from them!Also great customer service, very helpful and transparent, will be recommending to all my friends and family.
