Got everything that I wanted but took a long time to deliver even though its just down the road. Watched the driver on map and he must of had loads of deliveries before picking up my order. Thank you for the delivery but an extra driver probably would have been helpful. Will still order again

Used this for ebay click and collect as nearer than argos..not that well organised will stick with argos..apart from that you can buy all your basic items there..

Two parcels have been delivered there and when I went to pick up said not arrived,when I left the shop literally eBay said collected,so they stealing parcels,police now involved incase anyone else is there victim,don’t send your parcels here

I had a Amazon parcel to return but the barcode would not scan. The shop assistants were very helpful and suggested screen shotting the barcode so it could be enlarged. This worked and I was able to send the parcel.

Vinted parcel disappeared after being confirmed as delivered by tracking. Advise anyone do not have your parcels sent here. Awaiting news on a refund.

I’ll never use this place to send a parcel again, or for anything else. The man who I assume to be the owner is incredibly rude, he mixed up my parcel labels so they ended up going to the wrong places. Cost me financially as well as causing a massive inconvenience. Especially when he can’t even be bothered to say ‘hello’. The Spar opposite literally can’t do enough for you, I recommend going there instead and using Evri.

Friendly staff but need better training on taking ID. Staff do not recognise PASS certified identification. Had to confirm this ID with a very up to date photo on against a passport despite having photo ID, clear DOB with a PASS accredited logo on. Legally should have been taken straight away, was extremely embarrassing for me to try and supply a second ID with many people behind me in queue. No problems with the ID being taken over the road at the spar
