A semi-commercial product from a high street lender? I did not know this existed. Fees are a bit on the high side but my word they do the job. I guess if you want quality you have be prepared to pay for it. Very pleased."

Giles finance firm is very efficient. Absolutely brilliant people to work with. I was petrified about needing a bridging loan, however the guys at Giles explained everything clearly and even went through exactly the steps I needed to go through to get it paid off quickly.
