Kings Gym
So in Dalston today need to train so went to Kings gym kingsland rd. Again an old school weights gym. Not to busy around 10am. Cost £8 for day pass. The gym is quite compact machines a bit to close to each other for my liking but still got a good session in.

Excellent gym with a great atmosphere.They have all type of machines and all free weights to suit your abilities. As a beginner to the gym, the owner Luca who is a professional body builder gives great advice. They also have a good range of protein powder,pre workout drinks etc.Big up Kings Gym , best in the area.

Overall fantastic gym people their are super friendly very welcoming i must say i been their for about 7 months. Good machines and weights in good condition only problems i found is that some of the machines are broken and the gym membership is like 40 quid if you negotiate probably around 35 a month at least i will say.

Wide gym. It has personal trainner and aesthetic room where it is possible to do therapeutic massage, nail, elongation of eyelashes and the great sensation of the moment the micropigmentation of eyebrow. All for the well being of body and mind. I loved it !!!!

Well, don't expect it to be a Virgin gym with high quality equipment, but! What makes it special is the spirit of this place, people who actually achieved something in bodybuilding will always surround you and will be opened on giving advices. A lot of friendly portuguese people with smiling faces. As long as you following the rules you will enjoy the most this experience.

Amazing gym, I have trained here for 4months and i love it. It’s not virgin as last comment says but it’s an amazing gym with all locals. Everyone is really nice
