If you are looking for a veterinary surgery that is caring, compassionate and has a real empathy with the animals they care for, look no further.Bradley has cared for my dog Alfie all his life, he had major surgery for hip dysplasia plus many other health problems. He, and all the vets, nurses and receptionists have a real empathy with the animals and owners.

I have used these vets for all my pets. Dogs, cats, and guinea pigs.They have true empathy with all the animals and owners who use them.They are patient, kind, and always ready to listen.I feel, from my experience, that there is no other veterinary practice to better this one.No likes having to take their much loved pet to the vets, but you can be assured of the best treatment and kindness from all the staff members.

Vet started his surgery early to see our dog as there were no appointments left. Very thorough and handled our gsd well. All staff care about the animals and owners and take time with both.Please just don't join a big vet practice!

We got our french puppy Alfie in Dacre House Veterinary for a routine check.The staff was friendly and the vet full of good advice which we really appreciate.I only gave 3 stars because Alfie was very scared and the vet didn’t take the time to reassure him or calm him down.Not the best experience for Alfie.

The doctors are great, very happy with the medical treatment and advice that we have received for our 2 cats. However, every time we have an appointment we are sitting in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes past the allotted time. Today, it turns out this was because the receptionist didn't register our arrival. Didn't even get an apology from the receptionists (the vet apologised on their behalf...). Extremely frustrating as our cats are sitting in their cages for a very long time, and we are taking time off work to just sit around in a waiting room.A great practice sadly let down by poor timekeeping.

This practice has looked after my dog and cats the last few years and has offered a very personal service. I have had my dog euthanased last week and it was done so kindly and sensitively and I was able to sit with my dog and give her some treats as she fell asleep into my arms. She was very happy to see them always. Thank you Dacre House

The service my rabbit Marley and I have received from Dacre House Southborough has continuously been excellent and professional. I would recommend this vet to other bun owners as they have a lot of experience with rabbits. One time my bun wasn't eating and I couldn't syringe feed him myself, having visited that same day, they allowed me to come in at closing time so they could make sure Marley ate something that evening :) He was back to normal the next day :) So glad I found this Vet, really nice receptionists too.
