Excellent service and care taken to ensure you are fitted correctly.Staff didn't have the trousers in stock that I required for an event at the end of the week but assured me they would be delivered to me in time and they were.Will be returning and recommending to others.

Super friendly shirt shop. I experienced one of the best shopping. There is an easy system to find the best fit shirt so everyone can find wonderful items. I love the shop in London as well.

One of the best shopping experience of my life. As I walked in I was welcomed by a young man with a measuring tape around his neck. I explained I was interested in their 4 shirts for £125 and he immediately added that an extra 10% discount was applicable on that day which was an excellent start. As I never remember my shirt's size he immediately measured me up and told me my size. Then he went at the back and came out with 4 test shirts of my size but at 4 different fits. He invited me to go in the changing room and choose the one I preferred. As I came out and told me my favourite fit he showed me a particular row of shelves which goes all around the shop and explained that that row was my size and fit and in each pigeon-hole I could find two shirts, one with buttoned cuffs and one for cufflinks. Once I chose my favourite shirts a second young man was at the checkout counter who was, once more, super friendly and professional. As I said one of my best shopping experience and highly recommended for the quality of their shirts.

Went in to buy a suit for work. My sizing is a little awkward but the gent that looked after us was great and made the whole process pretty smooth even though the store was very busy. Thanks Oliver, appreciate the attention to detail and can't wait to pick up the suit.

Ordered a set of custom shirts. Although the staff were very helpful I waited over 7 weeks to arrive.Firstly they got sent to my home address, when I requested store delivery. Then another week for them to arrive in the store. Once in the store the custom shirts where all different sizes and didn't fit correctly!!So they all got sent back and I waited another 3 weeks for the factory to re-make these!Then, once again I had to call headquarters TWICE because they were being sent to my home address. Same Issue as before! What a joke, Im having to check up again. You'd think after the mix-up and bad fit they would make sue of the right address....Finally, I picked up the shirts in-store and wasn't even offered a discount for the months of waiting running around. When I ask for some money off, I was offered £10 back off my £350 overall spend.This is one customer you will never see again. You may be alright about buying a shirt off the rack in the store, but I would avoid ordering anything custom-made after my bitter experience. These things happen, but this occasion was one mistake after another.I wouldn't point the finger at any individual staff member, but this has been the worst customer experience of my time.

Popped in to buy my wedding suits, friendly and knowledgeable service from Garth who despite being understaffed was patient and attentive. Ended up with custom suits which was a great experience. Looking forward to seeing the finished products when they arrive!

We were served by Garth who was attentive, friendly and very knowledgable.I had an issue with the fit on one of the suits and through his suggestions we managed to get exactly what we wanted.Garth was the only staff member on at the time and did an amazing job of fitting all 3 of us for custom suits whilst serving the rest of the store.Thank you for the great experience.

Staff were helpful.Good selection of suits and men's clothing. They were happy to measure and suggest suits which fitted me.they arranged alterations.i have used this company before - the quality was great.The shop was set out well and there was more stock which they got from downstairs.

I had a wonderful experience shopping in this store. The staff is super helpful, they'll take your measurements and assist you in finding the perfect fit. They have a very good selection of smart casual style clothes and some great offers (4 shirts for 129£ is an absolute steal).
