Great service and very friendly. Also, gave some great advice and sorted my car.

Took my car in to have the front tyres changed. The service was so good I booked a service!Due to there being a bit of work needed on my car, it was in the garage longer than anticipated but I was given a courtesy car for this period.Can't fault this garage or the staff who are all really lovely and friendly.Very reasonably priced for the parts and labour.I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone who will listen!Amazing garage and service

Fantastic service! Was stranded in Newmarket on race weekend (soooo busy!) coach hadn’t arrived, hotels fully booked, last train to Norwich gone. Thankfully an angel from diamond cars drove us all the way back to Norwich at 00:30am! You would never find another driver happy to commit to such a journey when they could easily make money at home in Newmarket but saw a stranded randomer and had to help! Can’t repay this woman enough for getting us home safely. Hope she enjoyed her coffee ❤️

Contacted Diamond before ordering tyres through blackcircles and they were able to fit me in before the first available time slot via the blackcircles website! Really sound guys! Will be sure to call in again for future work.

An amazing service provided!Mark and his team provided a service second to none. Mark came up with a plan to revive my vauxhall zafira. This was broken down into stages so as to minimise the cost to myself.After 2 weeks analysis and repairs we got a bill for around £350 including a MOT.After many years of being overcharged this was a refreshing experience.We are a 1 car family. courtesy car provided.I can not recommend DMS more highly!

I never write reviews, but I think I owe it to Mark for his reliability, honesty and professionalism.After visiting several repair shops where they didn't fix it and probably damaged my car even more, I read the reviews and called DVS and after a long search I found it.My Subaru was repaired quickly, cleanly and reliably and at a reasonable price.And the approach to the customer was amazing, I was informed constantly and in detail.He treats the customer and the car with respect.I'm shocked that such a workshop exists.Thank you DVS because they put their hearts into their work.I only give 5 stars and this workshop deserves Bigest Diamond Star of the highest standard in the UK.I highly recommend it and will always go back there.Best regards to the entire team and Thank you very very much!!!!!

Dropped my car off on a Saturday morning with a suspected electrical issue on a Saturday morning and Mark was happy to fit me in that morning without an appointment. Had the car back before lunchtime for what was a very reasonable price (far less expensive than what I probably would have paid at a Ford garage).Got exceptional service and on top of that, Mark is friendly and knowledgeable, can't ask for more. Would certainly bring my car back here if necessary.
