I’m a first time Landlord, Working with Goodfellows has removed the all the stress and made the whole process seamless and easy , Especially Laura Lindsey and Kyla Ewers who I feel have gone the extra mile.

Our properties being managed by Goodfellows since 2017 and I must say they are the best estate agents in the area. Very helpful and quick to respond. Recently we applied for rental licence and the form was very tricky and Laura Lindsay from Head office took time to go through the whole process with us. It was initially very stressful but Laura made it the whole process very easy by helping us gathering all the documents and filling out the application form. Really appreciate their sales and letting teams as they treat you great. 100% would recommend them. Thanks to Goodfellows for looking after our properties.

I bought a house with Goodfellows. Unlike other estate agents they never tried to push houses onto me that did not match my needs. Every house they showed was worth serious consideration. Once the buying process was underway they were constantly in touch, keeping me up to date with what the hold -ups were so that I never had to worry that the sellers were pulling out.Later I decided to let the property out, and the tenant finding process was excellent. The tenants they found us were excellent at paying rent, even when their business was badly effected by Covid, until it was not possible for them anymore, at which point they gave notice and left of their own accord. Goodfellows promptly found replacement tenants, who have been with us for 3 years now, never to date being late with rent.Our needs are best met by the tenant find only" option

Despite the difficult market conditions James assured me he would find the right buyer for my flat, he did not let me down. Within two weeks he had found me a lovely buyer. Throughout the transaction James has been enthusiastic and helpful to myself and the buyer. Thank you James, great job.

Had a fantastic experience with the the help of James - really brilliant. We're first buyers and didn't have a clue... but he made the experience easy, explaining what was needed and offering advice.
