I don’t go here myself but I have always found that when I do go here to buy a voucher or make an appointment, the receptionist can come across very rude. I made an appointment last year for my mums special birthday online when restrictions were easing, so I called them to confirm the booking and told me it couldn’t be booked.. Why have an available slot then?Another time, we was waiting to be seen to and the receptionist knew we had been waiting a while, opened the door for the ladies who just arrived and saw to them first.Yesterday I was not greeted too pleasantly by the same receptionist, I was told to stand aside. I only asked if I could buy a voucher and she told me to sit down!! I then replied not to bother, why should I spend £100 to be treated like that? As I was leaving she was telling me the door should have been locked. I shouldn’t be shouted at because the door wasn’t locked and there should be signs up on the door to tell your customers that!!I am appalled at your receptionists customer service, a ‘hello’ goes a long way and ‘please take a seat’ and ‘I’m sorry the door should have been locked’ would have certainly been a better approach.

Had a fantastic haircut by Darcie.Staff were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Always have my hair cut with Sarah and colour with Darcie!It’s so hard to find a hairdressers you trust. Being Mixed Raced with curly and frizzy hair, it’s normally a challenge.Where as headline in Rayleigh is brilliant.Would never go anywhere else. I always leave happy! X

I had a restyle cut & blow-dry & I am so happy with my new look. Jade was amazing & she took the time to discuss styles, my hair type, after-care etc. The precision & pride in her cut & styling is so impressive & I think I can honestly say, this is my best haircut ever. She has today made me feel 'me' again :)

My stylist Jade was knowledgeable about ideas for my hair. She was friendly and helpful and produced a great haircut I am very happy with. Jade was helpful with products I could use but wasn't pushy and offered alternative suggestions. I purchased one of her suggestions, and she was spot on it really has made a difference.
