Longbridge Estates managed my recent sale of my property. From start to finish the process was smooth and efficient. Given it was during covid, Gary & Cindy were both very considerate & respectful when coming to my property, to make sure they were covid safe.I was always kept updated with interest and viewings and when viewings were booked in Cindy was considerate and made sure it was convenient for me. When I received the offer on my house, I couldn’t have been happier and Longbridge Estates continued to be efficient throughout the entire process, until the day I completed.Thank you all at Longbridge Estates.I could not fault the service and 100% recommend them

I have been a tenant under this letting agency for nearly 14 years in a number of properties and I can honestly say they are outstanding. Any issues I have with the property are professionally managed quickly, safety procedures on the property are up to date and carried out on time and the team are always so polite and understanding. In an emergency they are easy to get hold of and will fix major issues within the same day if not within hours, I honestly couldn’t wish for a better letting agency!

Longbridge Estates have been brilliant. They took over the management of the block where my flat is and made a massive improvement. Previously the management company was charging for service charges but not doing much and the building was very run down. Longbridge took over and made great improvements. The block is now very nice, service charges are reasonable and they are great to deal with and helpful. If only all block management companies were like Longbridge.

I have lived in 9 different places since I arrived in the UK 18 years ago. I can say, without a doubt, that Longbridge Estates are BY FAR the BEST estate agents I've ever come across. I've been living in the current property managed by them for 7 years and I couldn't be any happier. They take care of any issues arising and they are very kind people. I highly recommend them.
