Really terrible customer services and disrespect for personal data. They will send you your own personal data over email. Worse they will ignore your requests to stop sharing personal data over non-secure channels.Worse they have the habit of arbitrarily not delivering your prescriptions and not even being polite enough to let you know they are not delivering it. In spite of asking them multiple times, they have refused to stop this practice and they have politely informed me that if I did not like their policies I am welcome to leave.So if you value your personal data and if you don't want to miss medications (because some random person decides you don't need them even if your GP thought otherwise), look elsewhere.

This service has been godsent for my son. We get our delivery every month, every time. We had a little mishap in the beginning with the doctor prescribing the wrong dose of meds but they fixed it and it's been perfect ever since. So grateful for this service, just gives me one less thing to think about.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad! Stressful to deal with.Recent bad experience - Dr. sent prescription directly to them. I received an email saying it would be would be with me by the next Monday. It never arrived. I called on Tuesday to be told that was a mistake as it could not have been delivered by Monday. To add insult to injury they then said that it had been scheduled for that day but had now been cancelled and would arrive the next day. I asked them to check if they could deliver it to me that day. I was promised a call back but sadly no one bothered to call me.

Pillsorted appears to have significantly improved their delivery efficiency with medications. At times in the past, there were instances when the delivery was either too early or substantially delayed, sometimes even causing me to run out of my necessary medications. Now, however, I've noticed that they have addressed this issue effectively. They seem to be taking necessary steps to ensure the medication reaches on time, which has been a major relief.The case in point, there was a time when I had to wait for 8 days for my insulin delivery. But since they've revamped their system, there's been no repeat of such an incident. It's quite a turnaround for them, as I was considering switching to a different provider if the issue persisted. Now, I can confidently say that Pillsorted has taken my concerns seriously and has made significant strides in rectifying the situation. My insulin, which is crucial to my health, now arrives precisely when I need it.Because of this noticeable improvement, I am now willing to give Pillsorted a 4.5-star rating. It's evident that they're working towards providing an excellent service, and I appreciate their efforts in ensuring timely delivery of medication. Keep up the good work, Pillsorted!

Poor management, one of the bottle broke in delivery. No reply on complaint. Over calls they mentioned it's being reviewed by the higher management for a month or so. I have stopped waisting my time on this now.

Promise to my medication will be delivered on Saturday with royal mail left me without medication over the weekend which really stressed me out I've only just come out the hospital
