Very poor customer service also very rude I asked for acrylic French nails and on the board it said £20.Ive had my nails done before by the shop and I asked for the same thing I got last time which I payed £25 for whereas this time they said £35 and told me I got all these different services I didn’t ask for.The man went on to saying he doesn’t care what I payed last time and that I didn’t get my nails done there and was shouting and being rude.I preceded to ask what I was charged for which they could not tell what and pointed on the board what I got and was adding things up which ended up being £40. They do not know what their prices are and make up the cost and charge you for all random things.The customer service is horrible and I will not be returning.

Iam really sad having to leave this review I have had my nails done here a few time but this experience will be my last, I returned to the shop everyday as the nails kept chipping off and even on my last visit I still had to pay additional for the failed 3 attempts of shellac iam traveling after just yesterday attempting a redo and as of this morning they are all chipped off again.

Worst experience I have ever had in a nail shop. I asked for a nail polish removal and repaint on toes, confirmed they file and shape too. Rude man referred me to one of the women who proceeded to paint my toe nails without filing or shaping. I asked the man what we agreed, he became aggressive and talking loudly in his language. As the woman was finishing the worst messy toe nail paint job ever, the man continued to let customers in and wait. The shop became full and hot. No where for customers to sit or move while waiting. The shop became over crowded with staff and customers clambering over each other in very little space. Also I did not see the staff steralise tools between customers and noticed the shop was quite dirty.I would not recommend this shop due to service and hygiene. Worst experience of nail salon.Do not waste time or money here.Its all round aweful and dirty.

I got a full acrylic set removed and I asked for a gel ‘overlay’ and a gel (shellac) polish on top.I received a full set acrylic nail removal and a gel (shellac) polish (no overlay) for £29, including a tip/extension on one nail (that broke during the service.)Another nail broke once I had got home from the nail salon, so I returned the next day at around the same time in the evening and was told that ”it’s not their problem” by the man at the desk on the right when entering the shop, I then experienced a little back and forth with him about me asking for a gel overlay the day before and him then making calls and trying to dismiss me.I hadn’t gone in and demanded my nail be repaired a gel overlay and gel (shellac) polish, I ‘asked’ for my broken nail to be repaired and that was all (I had already made a decision to not use their services again anyway) but instead I did a back and forth with this man for Thirty or Forty minutes before he ushered the nail technician to his left to repair the broken nail (absolutely crazy to me I’m actually still in shock.)So here we are 6 days later and all but Three of my Ten nails have split across the bed of my nails and above the nail line (my right thumb completely broken off.) As they’re still connected to my flesh/skin, If the nail bends or is touched with any force are VERY painful I might add.ANYONE...who uses this nail shop after reading these reviews is quite simply and absolutely crazy!I can tell you now before you choose to just ‘go and see for yourself’ that the manger (i’m assuming he’s the manager,) the guy who sits at the desk to the right when entering the shop...that man has no manners/customer service skills ‘at all’ and he doesn’t care what you think about that either.I’d encourage you to save yourself the disrespect and go to ‘Nail Bar’ further up the High Road, across from and just before Kilburn High Road Station. Reasonably priced, good customer service...nice pleasant environment.

it’s such a shame that they are so talented but have no customer service skills. Emerald is my go to shop but as of my last recent experiences i have been so so disappointed, Tony, the owner is absolutely horrible - He overcharged me last time I went in… I asked for shellac but the night before I removed the shellac on my toes myself but he still charged me for something I already did at home (the removal).He screams at clients and has no manners when speaking.Yesterday i went in to get a full set and he proceeded to scream “don’t talk to me, last time you came you paid £15 for shellac” he also said he wasn’t going to speak to me when I asked for fairness.As mentioned this is not the first or second time he has disrespected me or with what i witnessed, his clients as a whole. so i do intend to take matters further. - do not go here unless you want disrespect and ridiculous pricing with extra fees.

This is one of THE WORSE pedicure customer services on Kilburn High Road for a mani/pedi! As a potential new customer, I went in to enquire the prices for a full gel set, one of the guys who worked there was soo rude in his response; being very abrupt and dismissive because they had 15 minutes before closing! He was not attentive and showed a clear lack of respect and professionalism.I only wanted to make an enquiry and he was so rude and disrespectful, literally started to argue with me because he could not comprehend what I was saying to him. So much so another customer got involved and started giving her 2 pence, which wasn’t needed at all!Although I needed too get my nails done the following day, I definitely would go elsewhere as the lack of professionalism showed, I would rather go to the one of MANY nails shops on the strip as opposed to here because this employee was very disrespectful and I don’t need to waste my HARD EARNED money on incompetent workers such as this guy I came across.Emerald needs to re-train their workers on BASIC communication skills as they could potentially get loyal local customers!WARNING ⚠️DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and welcoming and the service was excellent and very professional and the prices are very good value for money and I will definitely go back their shop again to get my feet and nails done.
