Alex was amazing at helping me decide on the perfect engagement ring for my partner. He spent a lot time both via email and in person explaining the various things to look out for with clarity/quality - this experience really made it feel personal and allowed me to pick out what I believe was the perfect diamond for my partner. Importantly, the quality and cost was far better than the standard" jewellers that I visited during my journey to find "the right ring".The result was a beautiful engagement ring that my partner was blown away by. I first contacted Alex when looking to buy an engagement ring. Not knowing very much about the subject I found Alex to be really helpful and informative regarding every aspect of the purchase. He talked me through what to look for when purchasing first a diamond and then the pros and cons of different settings. I felt very confident I got both a beautiful ring for my fiance and great value for money.All went well with the proposal and Alex adjusted the ring size free of charge and we have since been back and ordered our wedding rings which again we are both delighted with.Overall we found Alex very friendly, helpful and above all knowledgeable and we are very happy with the rings and service we received.

Alex provided such a great service, I love my ring it's really sparkly and gets so many compliments. Having done some research first, I was aware that avoiding high street jewellers was wise when looking an engagement ring, due to high mark ups and questionable quality. I was really glad I did, as this led me to Alex at Bespoke Diamonds. You will get the personal service you expect from an independent retailer, with the benefit of online value. It was great to be able to meet him in person and discuss options and designs, and pick a unique diamond. The resulting ring is simply outstanding in design and quality and my fiancée couldn't be happier with it.

I was nervous about purchasing some diamond earrings for my wife for her birthday, knowing a limited amount. I also wanted something with some thought behind it rather than just an off the shelf purchase.From our initial meeting, Alex was superb, talking me through the options and about what I might achieve i.e how to perhaps match design to her original engagement ring etc.He then helped me budget and set expectations and the final result was beautifully put together and presented and a huge hit. Would not hesitate to go to Alex again ahead of any shop for a future purchase.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Alex-- he is a highly-skilled and knowledgeable jeweler, and a responsive, personable professional. My husband and I hadn't decided on the style of wedding bands we wanted, and Alex took the time to explain all our options, taking into account our budget constraints. He did a beautiful engraving on both our bands-- which fit perfectly-- and adjusted the setting of my engagement ring (from a different jeweler) so it stacked neatly with my band. 5/5 stars, would absolutely recommend.
