BLUE ARROW GATWICK
Outward journey from Reigate to Heathrow was fine. Driver was really nice.Return journey was a different story.He phoned me as soon as I landed and told me to phone when I got through. All ok so far.Eventually I phoned and he told me that he was on 3rd floor parking. I had no idea where that was. He reluctantly said he would come down to meet me. Why wasn't he standing with a card like all the other taxi drivers ?So eventually we arrive back at his car. He was obviously in a bad mood as he was very surly and kept moaning that he had been waiting for over an hour.Why doesn't these people check the times before they come into the airport?So off we go heading back to Reigate. M25 was busy but flowing.We arrive at my home. He got my case out. He then asked for another £15 for airport charges. I said you will get what I was quoted which was £60. Fortunately I had the sense to get cash before hand so he couldn't use my card.His attitude changed immediately.I repeated that I was only paying the quoted amount and he must take it up with his company.Good job I'm not easily intimidated.NOT impressed at all.No better than highway robbers.Hope they read this review. I'm sure they won't but someone might. !!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever seen.I got into an accident while on my journey with blue arrow. I ended up walking 20mins from the crash to my house. I called the office straight after and no manager was around. Then when I managed to get hold of a manager they told me that the job was “basically complete” and they don’t think that they owe me anything.He told me that he thinks a service where I get into an accident and not making it to my destination is an acceptable service. Mohammed the manager acted as if he didn’t care and didn’t apologise once.Absolutely crazy.

Excellent taxi service. My son left his phone in one of their taxis yesterday after being dropped at Gatwick airport. I contacted them as it was being tracked and was at Horley. The taxi driver turned round and went back to Gatwick to meet my son with his phone. Amazing service..highly recommend

So after the experience my partner had with blue arrow I wouldn't give them not even a star but it won't let me post it if I don't click one star, more exactly my partner today got shouted and screamed at by the driver from blue arrow ,he even threatened to leave her there even after I payed by payment link, saying that they can keep the money and just leave her there, screaming at her to find another company and to never call blue arrow again as a taxi company luckily my partner got home in the end but the driver's behaviour was completely unacceptable in specially that my partner was feeling a bit sick and all she wanted was to get home.

Used for first time last week for a 5am pick up for 4 to Gatwick and all ok very friendly driver then phoned for a return to home and only had to wait ten minutes so no complaints at all, will definitely use them again over road runners who are totally unreliable in our experience

BLUE ARROW GATWICK
Very poor service today.Firstly, despite defining the pick up location (road and postcode) on booking, the day before, the taxi driver clearly had not received the correct instructions, and consequently was at least 10 minutes late. Secondly I was then taken to the wrong location, despite clear instructions en route(!), and then levied a different charge on arrival.Poor service which I would not want to repeat. Caveat emptor.

BLUE ARROW GATWICK
Used them three times now. Collection from Merstham to Gatwick a d Heathrow have been excellent, cab was on time and knew good routs to the airports. The third time was a collection from Heathrow, even though my plain landed late, the driver found somewhere to park the car away from the airport and gave me a call to keep track of when I would be ready. Will happily use blue arrow again.

BLUE ARROW GATWICK
After a long hard arduous flight after delays and other inconveniences, the last thing you need in the last leg of your travel home is a taxi controller that lies, there was a 45 minute wait for the company Gatwick cars, so instead we thought we would use our local taxi company and they said 15 minutes 55 minutes later controller dispatched the job because the taxi driver telephoned and said that he just been given the job leaving our standing outside Gatwick waiting for a car, nice gentleman shame about the morals of the controller.
