Can't even put into words how amazing my experiences have been with Bookalicious. Before Christmas I contacted Llyida for some advice on what books were suitable for a Christmas gift for someone with Autism and Llydia was able to reccomend me the perfect books.We spoke in depth with what I thought would suit and was given suggestions based on what I needed. The books were delivered quickly and packaged with the most care!I also mentioned to Llydia about my job and book types that I thought would help and as soon as the type of book came up in the shop, I was thought about and contacted. I then gathered a big order which Llydia split up to suit my budget and to accommodate for what I needed.Again, items arrived beautifully packaged! Llydia has kept in contact with me through both orders and updated me with what stages we were at throughout and her customer service goes absolutely above and beyond! I can't wait to see what else is in store in the future!Love, love, love that you can find titles with subjects covered that you don't find in mainstream book shops and topics that are fully inclusive of everyone and every situation. Today I have been overwhelmed with my delivery from Bookalicious, every tiny detail covered ! From talking to Llydia about my children’s likes and dislikes she has got it spot on , not a detail missed , I love the personalised and unique service that Bookalicious offers and the children 11&7 , where so excited with there delivery , I to am rather excited with my cocktail books !!!! Llydia at Bookalicious was so helpful and accommodating; sending photos of her collection which she thought would be great as a christening gift (as id requested). I absolutely love ordering from Llydia.Firstly, because her love of books is just infectious and I know I’m always in safe hands and I can actually talk about the books with her.Secondly, because I love the personal service you get. For example, when I was trying to order my copy of “Boys” the link didn’t seem to be working and I got a little worried I’d miss out being at school all day, so I gave her a call. “Claire, lovely, there is a problem with the link, I’m so sorry! I recently bought some books for my children (and for me really) and they love them! The stories are beautiful as are the illustrations and I love how the books are thought provoking for all ages and provide a talking point for different emotions and life journeys.This is such a special independent business and the customer service is personalised from start to finish. You can tell that Llydia is really passionate about books and her business and there is a huge selection of wonderful books to choose from! (It was a tough choice picking which ones to purchase).I would highly recommend Bookalicious.

I discovered Bookalicious last Christmas & have already been back 3 or 4 times since. Llydia is so passionate and enthusiastic and she stocks the most beautiful and unique books. She has spent huge amounts of time going through her recommendations with me & fulfilled the brief I have given her every time to find exactly what I am looking for. My daughter now has the beginnings of an amazing & varied book collection and we can't wait to sit down & read, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Llydia has also made me up the most beautiful baby box which I cannot wait to gift. I have just received a beautiful hand curated baby gift box from the amazing Bookalicious! I can not wait to read these delights with my little girl. A selection of unique books, from the classic tale - The Secret Garden (baby style) to noisy farmyard book to a limited edition cloth bound version of Guess How Much I love you wrapped beautifully in a keepsake box with scented filling. A real treat. 'A' is extremely lucky to receive such a thoughtful gift from a special friend. I would definately recommend this and can not wait for someone I know to have a baby so I can share this gift with them too.

Bookalicious' books are absolutely beautiful and Llydia really knows her stuff. I bought eight for my two year old upon her recommendation and he loves them. It's changed storytime for us - that's for sure!
