I would give 10 stars if I could! Sean and Paul are very honest and warm people who always provide the best service and nothing is too much trouble. They have designed and produced wedding bands for both myself and my husband, gave great professional advise and provided timely delivery. My engagement ring was purchased somewhere else and I had issues with it twice now and went to Hyde Park Design for assistance which they have provided without any questions asked.I would highly recommend using this company. It's so rare to receive consistently good personable service in London.

What can I say about Hyde Park design? Perfect in every way. I have known Sean and Paul for over 20 years now and would not trust anyone else. They had made my original wedding and eternity bands which were gorgeous. I have just had my engagement, eternity and wedding bands upgraded by them. Blown away is an understatement. Their time and patience for perfection is second to none. They have made me feel special with every piece they have created over the years. Which is why, if you want something to match your budget and vision, look no further. The most professional, honest and truly special guys in the business. Simply the best! I came to Hyde Park Designs with an old (1936) ring that's was given to me by my Great Grandma. I honestly had no idea what was possible until Paul gave it a good clean and discussed some possible designs to modernise it.He took time to explain the process, the diamonds and a bit of the possible history of the ring. It was clear that he took an interest in the ring and I really appreciated the time he took to consider options and explain his view.The ring looks amazing and I'm very happy to recommend Hyde Park Designs to anyone looking for a ring delivered with finesse and fantastic customer service.Thank you Hyde Park Design!

Paul and Sean are one of the greatest, if not the greatest when it comes to having bespoke rings made. They went above and beyond to make myself and my wife feel not just welcome but involved during the whole process of having our rings made. Our rings came out absolutely beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Hyde Park Design to friends and family. Thank you so much both!

Couldn’t recommend Hyde Park Design enough and have been meaning to leave this review for ages.They were patient and super talented in helping us design the ring we wanted and understand so much about it all throughout the process.Cannot wait to head back to do it all again for the wedding rings.If you’re not sure where to go for an engagement ring don’t even bother hopping from store to store booking appointments - just head straight here and you won’t regret it.

We have worked with Eloise and her family over the last few years to design and create our engagement ring which was perfect, and then to design our wedding rings to match. The whole way through from the initial call, to going into the workshop to learn about the diamonds and how to design the rings, the team were friendly, knowledgeable and I could fully trust them with their recommendations.They have gone out of their way to get to know us personally and we always love visiting the workshop whether to work on a project or even just get our rings cleaned.I would highly recommend anyone looking to design a ring and isn’t sure where to start to work with Hyde Park Design as they are brilliant and we couldn’t be happier with the rings we have had made. We will definitely have more pieces designed with them in the future.
