Happy with repairs to my car would use them again. Dealt with Cos manager, friendly guy

This review is purely based on the Woodford Branch. After an extremely poor performance from the Enfield location, best left unsaid, the guys at Woodford couldn't have restored my faith any better. From the initial call from Kevin to Costa who delivered my car personally the work and service couldn't have been beat. Woodford could teach Enfield a thing or two about Customer Service. The repair was spot on and they redeemed Steer and earn this recommendation. Would definitely advise you to use these guys.

I was involved in an accident requiring bodywork to my bonnet and bumper, as well as fixing the radar of my Skoda Superb. The insurer sent me to Steer Woodford who were really thorough and professional. Ilyas and everyone I spoke to were excellent. When I collected I noticed a tiny alignment issue and a paint speck that needed a bit more polishing. Zero debate and spent another hour on the car. Tbh it has not looked this good since the first few weeks after I bought it new. Thank you.

I wrote a review below and have to say that my rating has changed from 1 up to 5. I received a personal message from Kevin the regional director with the support from Kristis who wanted to make things right. Kevin immediately arranged for my vehicle to be taken in giving me a courtesy vehicle the next working day. Kevin kept in touch and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service he and his team provided during our recent interactions. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations and helped rectify the errors with ease. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference in my experience with Steer. Thank you once again………………………………………………………………………………I will tell you how poor the service I have received. My car was put through Steer via my insurance company with damage to the back and front bumper and number plate as well as an orange check light coming on through an accident. Steer arranged for a pickup vehicle to collect my car which arrived late in the day than the time given and I didn't receive my courtesy car from them. As it was a Friday evening and Steer are closed for the weekend I was left without a vehicle so made other arrangements. I was good the car would be assessed on Monday and the work would begin. I was called on Monday stating the front and rear bumper will be repaired, number plate replaced, the orange check light will be taken care of to drive back safely and one wheel was roughed up and will be repaired. I was called by the driver who was to drop the vehicle off he was 2mins from my house and I told him he didn't give me enough notice and I'm at work and can get there in 15mins. He told me he would wait for me. When I arrived home I was greeted by a Steer employee who was to pick up the worker who would drop my car off but couldn't get hold of the driver. Nearly three hours we waited until your office said the driver has brought the car back to Enfield and they don't know why. They said it was returning back to me and should be with me. I requested compensation in terms of fuel being wasted and told it would be topped up. When the car returned, there didn't seem to be a top up and the registration plate was not repaired. The employee said that's something that he will report back tothe office and they will come and screw it on. I said ok. A week later whilst driving the orange check light has come back on again on Friday but since the garage has closed and they are closed for the weekend it leaves me in limbo. Clearly the garage have cut corners and used a diagnostic machine to delete the error codes to remove the orange engine light and work was not done on this leaving me without a vehicle. Last year when I got my car repaired they forgot to screw my bumper on properly and had to take the car all the way back to Enfield to tighten one screw.
