Dealing with King Flooring has been a pleasure from start to finish. Carly was so friendly and helpful with the process of choosing a carpet, and without any sales pitch or pressure, and it was easy to deal with her via email. On the day of fitting Chris turned up punctually, and was also very friendly. He did a lovely job of fitting the underlay and carpet, and he left the room spotless. I’m delighted with carpet, and would definitely use King Flooring again in the future.

People say that moving home is one of the most stressful times but my experience so far has been very enjoyable! Carly and Chris and team are a delight to work with - excellent communications, knowledgeable with what they do, and professional with a personal touch. I am extremely happy with the carpets in my rooms and the parquet herringbone floorings in my living room and hallway. We coordinated so that the work fit in well with me moving in within a short timeframe. I would totally recommend this family business. 6 stars because they did go the extra mile - Thank you!

Cannot recommend Kingflooring enough - Carly and Chris were absolutely fantastic from the start. They’re both clearly very knowledgable about their trade and provided excellent guidance throughout. Everything is very reasonably priced and they go out of their way to ensure the job is sorted in a timely manner and to a very high, professional standard. We got our entire new 4-bed house carpeted by them and will be going back to get flooring done. 10/10 would recommend
