Best property investment company in the country

This was my place of work up until Christmas and the build was OK but very corporate. They have got some nice area like the hospitality on the first floor but the rest is mostly white and very uninteresting. Also they is a such a lack of setting, you did have to arrive around 730 in the morning to be guaranteed a seat. Most of the time I sat 3 to a desk which was not good.

I enjoyed my time with JLL. They were good company to work for

Unprofessional, unprepared snobby time wasters.Had a meeting today at one of their marketing suites, ready to see what they had to offer, put down an offer and deposit to reserve one of their new builds. The member of staff (Manmeet) I had been in contact with via email and had detailed exactly what I was after was totally unprepared.After introducing myself and letting her know I had an appointment with her today, she rudely and rather pretentiously asked me what I was there for. Again I told her that I had an appointment with her, that I was there to see what properties were available. She dismissed my response by simply stating rather rudely that it was a launch day with over 35 people that she had seen so simply couldn't be expected to remember everyone that comes through the door. Again I told her we had an appointment and that I would expect if I'm buying a property that the person I meet to show me around be prepared especially as she was cc'd on the email correspondence from her colleague.Such lack of preparation and professionalism was shocking considering Manmeet is supposed to be a senior site consultant. As a result of her lack of professionalism and her rude behaviour, JLL lost a sale. It was an utter waste of time.JLL - I would strongly advise you train your staff better to be prepared in future when meeting clients and not to rudely ask them at the door 'What are you here for?'.

Toured 12 Sherwood Street a few months back with my husband. George was nice, but the receptionist at both JLL and 12 Sherwood Street were short, curt, and rude. In particular, the reception at 12 Sherwood Street asked my husband how he could, “live with a wife like that” after I asked if the doors automatically open for residents in wheelchairs/walkers. Lost a sale and would not recommend.

Very unprofessional and no integrity on selling properties. They do not take accountability. Do not trust them.

My experience with JLL has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in any sector. They are kind, responsive, friendly and ALWAYS make me feel that they have my best interest at heart.Charlie and Pandora have been such a delight in helping me with my first home purchase, I almost wish I could get another place just to work with them again.Thanks again for making a scary big life step, seem like a fun skip!
