Made an appointment the week before - came on the day and they hadn’t written it down and no one was there. Had driven half an hour and paid ULEZ tolls to be there. Also couldn’t actually find the place, it didn’t look like the photos at all.

My wife and I visited this shop this morning from Hertfordshire with a view to buying a new piano. Customer service was non existent. There was no acknowledgement at all of our arrival when we walked in. After looking at a digital piano, which we wanted to buy, we asked to see someone. A piano teacher helpfully offered to answer some questions and when we then asked for a sales person, so that we could arrange to buy the piano, we were told to wait a wait a bit as the man was upstairs on the phone. We waited, and waited but he didn't materialise, so we walked out very disappointed. We also found it bizarre that, while we were trying out a piano a group of children were allowed to just walk in, sit at any piano and bash away at it. Masks were virtually non existent.....with at least two of the staff not wearing one and not insisting on anyone else wearing one either. I don't understand where all the good reviews have come from as we experienced unprofressionalism of the highest order. Awful. We will buy elsewhere.

A wasted trip. I made the effort to travel down to Enfield as I'd heard good things about this store with the view to buying a digital piano. I was in the store for over half an hour and I only saw a member of staff at most once - at some point a woman wandered in from the back, made eye contact and half smiled, then left again. Possibly she was shop staff, possibly not, who knows? Other people in the store appeared to be parents waiting for their kids to do piano lessons. At least my son got to try out a few different pianos on his own accord, but I left the shop no better off than before I entered. Don't waste your time here, it's not worth it.

A very disappointing place if you want to buy a decent upright piano. On Saturday it was crowded with parents and pupils from the school upstairs. Probably a good place to buy the first digital piano, but nothing more.

All my business was dealt with over the phone professionally.Did not need to go anywhere else, as this company do a really informative digital piano buyers guide online, saves time and money, not having to drive to different shops within M25, to play different piano's.Once I chose my digital piano, from buyers guide,we agreed on price, then delivery was made three days later.Great customer service.

Went in to buy a digital piano here recently - not particularly friendly service so went elsewhere.Spending quite a lot of money on the piano (around £1650) so asked about what might be included, eg stool, assembly etc. Was implied it would be bizarre for these things to be included so called several other shops where they were.Think in future it's better to pay a customer a little more time and help if they're spending so much money but maybe that's just me...

Awful! Noisy, children banging on the pianos, which are being sold.Smell of cigarettes, owners need to get rid of this, as children in the shop.Pianos were not of a good standard for the price being asked. Not one member of staff made themselves known, as too hectic.

I have just taken possession of a Gewa piano that I bought from this company and before I did this I had done an awful lot of research into which piano was the best for me to buy. I used all the information that Graham offered and read it over and over again, changing my mine several times before deciding on the Gewa. I was very impressed with Graham's knowledge - he also emailed me in a general way but if I replied to these emails he responded back within 24 hours regarding the concerns or questions I had.So far I am very happy with my choice of digital piano and I'm hoping for many hours of enjoyment playing it. I know if I encounter any problems I can contact Graham again and get the issue resolved quickly.I would be very happy to recommend UK Pianos to anyone thinking of buying a digital piano, mostly for the advice freely given by a knowledgeable chap, even if the exact model of piano you want isn't available from them.
