We've had Roast & Ground as our office coffee supplier since 2013 and they have always delivered great service. The Rex Royal machines they supply are very good quality, and provide a lovely bean to cup coffee. Both staff and clients enjoy the variety of drinks the machine makes. The head office staff and the engineers are always happy to help and continue to provide first class customer service.

I have been very impressed with the excellent service provided by R&G. Everyone is polite and helpful when advising on coffee machines and beans. I have tasted many different coffee brands but their ones are second to none. I love how smooth their coffee is and will certainly keep ordering from them. Delivery is very fast, too. Well done!

I would highly recommend Roast and Ground! They're been amazing from the start of the process to setting up to now. We've had our machine for a year and it's so easy to use and their own coffee has had amazing feedback from all of the office. The whole team are so friendly and helpful also. Thank you!

Roast & Ground have provided nothing but the highest standard of service for our company. They are extremely accommodating to our very specific needs and no request is too much of an ask. If we ever experience any breakdown's or faults with our machines, an engineer is usually on site the same day to resolve the issue. The coffee beans/blends are very popular with our staff and gives you a real pick me up" - which is what we all need first thing in the morning! Overall a 5* review is deserved."

Great reliable service received by R&G. We have been using this company for full two years and all I can say is that I would certainly recommend them to anyone due to them being very professional, polite, customer focused and delivering great customer service to their new and existing clients. Great service!Really on the ball and quick to respond whenever I make an order or if there are any issues. They have the engineers come out so quickly if there is ever a problem with the machine and the delivery is so quick!
