I took my husband’s ring in to be cleaned up / resized. It was finished within 30 minutes and looked brand new - I couldn’t believe it! It had terrible wear and tear before they fixed it up. Extremely reasonable cost too. Thanks again for a great service.

Worth every penny! The price is very affordable too. My Pandora charms & bracelet were tarnished! It look like mud! As you know Pandora is not cheap & it was a gift, so I did not want to just replace them although I was very close to doing so. Gold Workshop cleaned the bracelet & charms & they look brand new. I couldn’t stop thanking them in the shop. They really made me happy! Can’t believe they manage to restore it back to its original look.

Went here today with a friend to get a necklace repair and cleaned. Only an hour later pick up a beautifully repaired necklace looking better than it did when new.Lovely staff amazing service and great great.Highly recommend.

Went in today with two pieces that needed to be fixed, was amazed when I picked them up. Both ring and bracelet look better than when I initially brought them, was really impressed, didn’t think the ring was salvageable after being run over but..it’s like a brand new ring :) and got given a box for the bracelet which was very sweet. Really happy with the price and efficient service with same day pick up. Friendly people, Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic service. Left a 2 carat diamond ring with platinum band that I wanted to be redesigned. Thank you so very much you’ve made me so happy!! Thanks for tightening the diamonds on my eternity ring too. All ready promptly and sparking like new. What an absolute find in Harlow!!!

I love this place! Broke my beautiful fine gold necklace and they fixed it so quickly and perfectly. I was surprised at the low cost too. Today I went in with a chunky gemstone bracelet that was too big and they were very attentive as to what would be the perfect new length for my wrist and did the job in an hour. They were also very careful about taking the piece and writing my name and phone number on the little envelope it went in. Really lovely people too. Great experience and highly recommended.

Amazing service, support and value!I drove from London to get some help! I went with a bigger diamond to replace the old diamond! I was attended by a very helpful and charming gentleman who was warm and very very knowledgable.The lady at the reception was very nice and helped with ideas too!Today I collected and met the owner as well who was again very helpful and I have seen his works on Instagram- a master in his craft!I will return for more.Thank you
