Later took care of the data transfer/backup/others for a much cheaper-quicker (3hours turnaround) rate then the big PC players. Usually don't do reviews. Highly recommend."

I bought a replacement screen for my Dell XPS 12 9Q23 and PC Shop installed it expertly. This was a tricky installation but PC Shop dealt with it expertly. My laptop screen is now as good as new. Many thanks!

What a gem of a store! Came in as the Wi-Fi on my daughter’s laptop stopped working for some reason. Came in expecting to be fleeced only to be blown away by the friendly welcome and professional attitude. Took exactly 30 seconds and they would not agree to charge me.I’ll never go anywhere else for my computer needs.

Dear DinoThis is not a review as such. As your shop is temporarily closed I am writing to say how sorry I am for you and how hard this must be. However, I am hopeful that your shop will soon be open again once the lockdown is eased. I would be grateful if in the meantime you could let me have details of your dealer from whom you obtained the Lenovo laptop which I bought in early April. There is a problem with the camera which means that when using Zoom the picture for my recipients is very poor. Ideally I'd like a replacement machine or preferably a full refund. Avoid. They took advantage of my partner who is an elderly lady with a limited knowledge of computers. They replace a hard drive on her computer because it was running slowly. The replace the original 1 terabyte drive with a 500 gigabyte drive without consultation and they did not partition it as per the original drive(C: and D:). On collection ITunes would not work. They then repartitioned the drive and ITunes still would not work. The computer then stopped working. After this work a further charge was made and ITunes was still not working. They also lost over 3,000 Apple Lossless files and lost the original drive which had been working perfectly. They are unable to sort out the computer and will not give her a refung of £175.00. It is my intention to pursue this matter through the Small Claims Court on befalf of my partner.
