Superb showroom with a great range of bathroom products. In particular the Qx bathroom displays look stunning. Highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a new bathroom.

Great lads , friendly, helpful and recommended us the right solution and explained it very well , what we needed for our toilet cistern. On the bathroom section , the gent was also very friendly and informative about water basins , looking to come back soon.

After moving into my new flat and ordering a dishwasher I discovered that I needed a splitter for two disposal pipes so the dishwasher could sit next to the washing machine.Knowing absolutely. I thing about plumbing or installing such things, I rang up Plumleys to try and get some help. After talking to John on the phone I emailed him some photos of what I was trying to achieve and he responded very quickly with the part that I needed.I headed down to the store and was received with a warm welcome and a shop full of staff who were happy to help. They got me the part I needed and took me through all the steps and details I would need to know to do the job.I found the staff to be very welcoming jolly friendly and overall patient. The gentleman who took me through the installation process was very knowledgable and detailed in his approach to his explanation.5* for a brilliant experience, customer service and without their help or knowledge I wouldn’t of been able to do the job, so thank you very much.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. From initially contacting by email, then going in to the shop for vanity unit, basin, taps and accessories for my new bathroom the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful offering advice without making me, a lay person who knows very little about plumbing and new products on the market, an idiot. Even my plumber was pleasantly surprised to hear of the Halite bath panel for the first time! (Not MDF or plastic. 100% waterproof!) They were kind enough to hold on to my bathroom furniture until I was ready for delivery which was also extremely quick. The delivery person Josh was also incredibly helpful. Lugged it all in and help me unpack and allowed me time to check the stuff over...just in case. The items from QX (a Kent firm) are of superb quality.Plumleys are a great family run company with good old fashioned values and customer service. So glad I found them. Excellent customer service and advice.We needed a new, full bathroom suite. Nick took the time to suggest and go through the items that we needed.
