I had an excellent experience in purchasing an engagement ring at Klarity, and Sheila made this possible through her extensive knowledge of diamonds and patience in helping me choose the right diamond and create the perfect ring. The ring is absolutely beautiful and my partner is in love with it and already receiving many compliments.Throughout the whole process I was kept updated at all stages and always felt comfortable in our exchanges and not once pressured or influenced in any of the decisions I made. I tend not to buy things online as I am a 'browse in store' type of person. I have however found the experience of shopping on the Klarity website refreshing. Prices are great and the products are really beautiful. I definitively recommend this site to anyone looking to buy a piece of jewelry that is just that bit special.PS: Sheila (owner) is amazing, responsive, on point .. just the type of person you need guiding you with purchases. She definitely helped with with deciding the best gifts to purchase.

To be honest, buying an engagement is quite intimidating. There is so much to know and it feels like there is a decision that needs to be made for everything!Sheila was excellent in looking after me all the way. Yes, there are loads of decisions to be made but she helped me focus on elements of the stone and ring that were most important to me. The result? I catch my now fiancé admiring her ring throughout the dayThroughout the process, Sheila was always available and went the extra mile to make sure that the experience was as much for me as it was for my then gf.We look forward to seeing you guys again soon for our wedding bands!

1st class service from both Peter and Sheila on my Engagement Ring purchase! They were helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I got the best for my budget. They offer an extensive array of Rings and Diamonds, but managed to keep it simple and help me choose the perfect ring for us. I will definitely go back to Klarity for the Wedding rings!

I’ve been waiting for an upgrade on my wedding rings set for the last 5 years but found it so hard and confusing to find the ‘right design’ that I’ve always wanted. Peter advised and listened to my desires and produced exactly what I wanted, the finished design is beautiful and elegant and has proven to be exactly what I wanted. I have had so many compliments on the design and sparkle on the rings by strangers who see me wearing them at work and social events. I absolutely love my rings and am so grateful that I chose Klarity as they went above and beyond!
