Steve helped with my mortgage needs about 2-3 years year ago. When i was thinking about investment last year I still went back him for advisor and suggestions. Steve has been very helpful. I felt his charge is fair in the market and he is very open with his compensation. But I do feel that I have received very good advise from him. He has been very efficiently working on my case and helped me a grate deal communicating with the lenders. I strongly recommend doing business with him.
