The ring was perfect. We shopped around Hatton Garden for days and been to a few shops but liked Diamond Palace the most. Peter was open about pricing and options etc, made us feel comfortable with going ahead with the purchase. Thank you Diamond Palace.

I bought an Engagement ring from Diamond palace and I was very impressed by their customer service. They were friendly, helpful and professional. They showed me a wide range of beautiful rings. I went in with not much of an idea of what I wanted but Peter helped me choose the perfect ring for my budget and taste. They also offered me a free cleaning and resizing service. The ring arrived in a lovely box with a certificate of authenticity. My fiance was stunned when I proposed and shows the ring off to everyone, she cant stop smiling. I would highly recommend Diamond palace to anyone looking for quality jewellery and excellent service.

A few weeks ago I set off to Hatton Gardens to find an engagement ring so I could ask my (then) girlfriend to marry me. I happened to stumble upon Diamond Palace and am so thrilled I did. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel really comfortable and didn’t feel any pressure to commit to anything whatsoever. I spent a good two hours with Peter talking about my partner, what she does, what sort of jewellery she likes, what her interests are… he put such a great amount of effort in figuring out what ring would suit her and talking through different options with me. Eventually we settled on the beauty attached and she absolutely loves it. Thanks so much Peter, I am so happy I came in!

A brilliant experience at Diamond Palace, was put at ease very quickly and Peter did a great (and patient!) job talking me through many options and asking me questions to help me make the choice. The final ring is stunning, unique and of high quality. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, and look forward to going back in the future for the wedding rings.

The amazing team of Peter and Sheila made my engagement ring selection experience absolutely perfect. I was drawn into their shop by a really unique setting design in the window, which I then found out was designed by Sheila herself. Peter was extremely patient with me and my very limited knowledge, meeting with me on several occasions both in-person and via video calls, helping me start from scratch and ultimately design the perfect ring. They were even able to help me source some gorgeous teal sapphires that other shops said would be impossible to find. Every time we met, they were so friendly, welcoming and patient--I just knew I was in good hands. When I took my fiancee to pick up her ring after re-sizing, Peter welcomed us with glasses of champagne and took the time to sit down and chat with us about the engagement, even though it was clear he was very busy. I would recommend Peter and Sheila in a heartbeat due to their extermely personable style, their willingness to accommodate seemingly any request, and fantastic communication. And of course--the ring turned out beautifully!

Since purchasing my engagement ring from Diamond Palace in 2014 I have returned multiple times to purchase other pieces of jewellery and have my ring serviced. It is always a joy to return. If you want to find the best place to get your engagement ring in Hatton Garden, then don't even think about it and go to Diamond Palace!I had the best experience thanks to Sheila. She was very patient and explained everything to me (I knew nothing and my fiance decided it was best for to me to pick the ring I wanted). I opted for a lab diamond and honestly I have not stopped staring at my ring. We spoke about what style I wanted after she showed me numerous designs, we picked all the specs with my budget in mind and at no time did I ever feel pressured into my decision or to spend extra money.I was able to see the diamond before it was set and I was blown away by its beauty - Sheila really picked me something special and so so sparkly.The whole experience was amazing. The final product was beautiful and my partner was equally impressed.Thank you so much to Sheila and the team :)
