Still doughy, the clue was when the staff were able to put their hands in the 'boiling' water. V greasy, no glaze and horribly undercooked. 3 for £15 and the ones from Lidl are infinitely nicer for a fraction of the price. This was meant to be a real treat for pretzel-loving children. They didn't finish them.

Very disappointed with the last experience. I used to get bites quite often and today I was given raw dough. When I noticed and took them back, I was offered a different one or a refund. When I questioned if are they properly cooked, I was told that is how they do it now because people prefer raw dough to proper pretzels. I asked for a refund and will never go back. But be careful if eating raw dough, especially when hot because it can cause severe indigestion and heartburn.

I recently visited this place and I was nicely surprised with plenty of hand-rolled pretzels choices to pick. I would say they are a small portions and quite pricey, so consider this only as a snack. I tried pretzels with Nutella, Classic Salted and with Pepperoni & Cheese. Fair topping, although dough inside was undercooked with obtrusive yeast smell. Friendly and helpful staff. I noticed that staff touched money and then without washing hand was started making a food. Sorry, but this is unacceptable, pls at least use disposable gloves! Very busy place over the weekends.

The pretzel options was so sweet and you could tell they were going to be amazing. I had the nutella one and it was delicious I would definitely come here again. Sometimes if you're lucky employees will be outside with samples for you to try and they're also amazing. Only thing is the queues are really long all throughout the day but it's understandable with their quality.

I love this shop so much! Every single time me and my mum come here I get the cinnamon and sugar pretzel in mini chunks. It doesn't take long to make at all, isn't pricey and tastes delicious! Coming to bluewater again so see you soon!

Sooo doughy! We had one that was basically white and like dough, waited 5mins for another one seemed a bit more promising and darker but still doughy inside. Weird taste left in mouth and felt sick after 2 bites. Wouldn’t recommend, had amazing ones in the Westfield Stratford before though so it mustn’t just be Mr Pretzel as a whole brand but this specific kiosk / store.

Very short Eastern European woman with the blonde hair needs to be fired. She lacks basic customer service skills. She has a stinking attitude. Made over 10 customers wait for no reason. This is a loss of revenue for Mr Pretzels - we did not buy. get her out

The service is ridiculous. The first time I went there I just gave up because the lady didn't care at all I was waiting there. Today same lady(blonde) was really rude I needed to tell her I've never been here before so don't act like everyone should know what is available. This is because the salty pretzels which she said pizza are out of stock. She was just making faces and her way of talking was really rude as well. Just to say something about the pretzels, the dough tasted just like yeast. Never again.

Disgusting customer service. Not sure if she was Eastern European or what, but she had an accent, brown hair. Extremely hostile behaviour towards 3 young girls who just wanted pretzel. Whoever you hired, get her in check! How pathetic can you be to embarrass 3 young girls and treat them unkindly, just because they're young? Pathetic!
