The female staff who served us today at 12 pm (4/06/23) in lakeside was extremely rude and unprofessional.We told her we were unhappy with the date on the cookie being one sided and she showed us so much attitude. She rolled her eyes at us and walked off when we raised our concerns, and didn’t bother to ask us if we were happy with the cookie. The manager of the lakeside branch needs to really re-train their staff and get them to read their job description because this lady was clearly unhappy with working there, as she lacks BASIC customer service. Will definitely not come back to order anymore cookies from them if the staff are not keen to amend the suggestions we as CUSTOMERS have. Even if the concerns we had couldn’t be met she could have been nice about it - which she was not.

Thank you to Hollie who made my Tiana obsessed daughter so happy on her birthday! I am so impressed by how this turned out. Hollie is extremely talented. The process was easy and we were able to pick up on our preferred day. The cookie tastes amazing too, will definitely be ordering from here again.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, the till froze but that was not the staffs fault. They handled it professionally and as fast as possible. The woman with the blone dread locks served me and she was wonderful

Thank you to Hollie for designing my Spiderman themed cookie which i requested. It is amazing, I brought it for my brother for his birthday. He absolutely loves it, I would highly recommend visiting this Millies Cookies store which is the one near to Mcdonalds in the shopping centre as I always come to this store to have any cookie I need done. I would also recommend Hollie as she is really good at icing, very kind and helpful. Thank you again much appreciated.
