We had a new printer/copier delivered to Edeal and the Chamber of Commerce today. The service was excellent from start to finish. We were kept informed of the delivery and installation process and Alex was very helpful when the printer arrived. He ensured that we were made aware of the new printer functions and how to use it. I am one of those dinosaurs using a very old computer, which thus means that I cannot run a new printer with it. Therefore, when I encountered a problem with the manual feed on my LaserJet I thought I might have to buy another recon online. However, thankfully Copylink came to the rescue and were able to fix the problem for me at half the cost of a replacement. Needless to say, I am delighted with the service provided by Copylink, and Alex in particular. With so few printer repairers around, thank goodness for businesses such as this to help save the environment and carry out repairs to machines that are otherwise working fine. Thank you Copylink.
